How do I create an account?
If you have not created an account before, you will have to go onto the My Account page to register with us by creating a username, entering your email address and creating a password.
You will receive an email confirming your registration shortly after registering.
How to I make payments?
Once your order has been placed you will receive instructions for payment through Nedbank's secure payment portal.
Can I track my order?
On your account dashboard you will be able to view the status of your order.
Once your order has been collected by the courier service, you will receive a tracking number.
Can I change my order once placed?
Unfortunately once an order is placed it cannot be changed only cancelled with a full refund.

What are the delivery charges?
Delivery is free for purchases over R500.
Purchases under R500 will be subject to a delivery fee that is dependent on the shipping location.
Gauteng will be subject to R50 delivery fee
Limpopo, Mpumalanga, North West, Kwazulu-Natal, Free State, Northern Cape, Eastern Cape, Western Cape will be subject to a R150 delivery fee.

What is your return policy?
We are here to help and want to make sure that all products meet your requirements – in the unlikely event that you are not happy – here are the rules for returns:
- First things first... contact customer care - please have handy a copy of your receipt or your order number, name, email address, phone number and reason for wanting to return your purchase.

- Ok – Hygiene first…. Items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused and in re-saleable condition with all tamper resistant seals, packaging and any cellophane intact and unopened.
- We cannot accept any items that are not returned within 7 days.
- All personal care products may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 7 days of the purchase date provided that they are in their original packaging (including cellophane wrap, tamper proof seals and lids), are in an unused condition and are re-saleable.
- Please don’t remove any labels if you wish to return a product.
- Refunds can take up to 10 business days to be credited back to the original payment method.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
- Any product that does not meet your expectations may be returned to the supplier. The supplier will assist you with any product which is unsatisfactory.
- Wiink Cosmetics cannot accept liability for any product which does not meet the your expectations, BUT, we will assist in ensuring that you get satisfaction one way or another!
- Unfortunately items purchased on sale or discount may not be returned
- Brushes may not be refunded or exchanged, unless they are defective, due to hygiene reasons.
- The goods remain your responsibility until they are received and signed by us.
